Affiliate disclosure

Last updated Sep 26, 2026.

At the moment, no link on this site is an affiliate link. Every vendor link is an ordinary link. This page explains what will change if that happens.

How we may earn money

ToolMargin may in future receive a commission when you buy a product after following certain links to a vendor's website. These are called affiliate links. The vendor pays the commission; you do not.

Using an affiliate link does not increase the price you pay, unless the vendor explicitly says otherwise. If a vendor's program ever works differently, we will say so next to the link.

Commissions never affect results

How affiliate links are marked

This page is not the only disclosure. Wherever a link can earn a commission, a short note appears right before it:

“We may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”

Some vendors require their own additional wording; where they do, it is shown with the link too. Affiliate links can appear only on products recommended in results. Links to official pricing and evidence sources, links to products you already use, and links on the methodology and information pages are never affiliate links.
