Privacy notice

You can use every planner without an account and without giving us any personal information. This notice describes what is still processed when you visit, so you can judge it yourself.

Hosting and ordinary request information

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any website, each page or file your browser requests reaches Cloudflare's network with standard request information: your IP address, the requested address (path and any query string, but not the part after a # sign), browser and device headers, the referring page and the time. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under its own privacy policy.

We have not enabled request logging for this site in our Cloudflare account, so we do not keep our own logs of visitors' IP addresses.

Your settings and shared links

• The Start, Build, Grow and Optimize planners and the classic optimizer calculate in your browser. Your settings are not submitted to our server. They include your agency type, team size and client count, the products and plans you use, the jobs you mark as Required or Preferred, growth targets, usage volumes, budgets and the names of any other tools you type in.
• So that you can refresh or share results, the settings are written into the page address after the # sign (the URL fragment), for example /build/#v=2&stage=build&…. Browsers do not send the fragment in requests to the server, so it is not intentionally transmitted to us or to Cloudflare. It does stay in your browser history.
• The forms on this site are handled entirely in your browser. The site's security policy blocks them from being submitted to any server, so your inputs cannot be sent as part of a page request even if a script fails to load.
• If you share a page address that contains settings, anyone who opens it sees those settings, including any tool names you typed. Do not type personal information into those fields.
• Older classic-optimizer links created before settings moved into the fragment carried them in the query string (?v=1…). If you open one, that single request includes the settings; the page then immediately rewrites the address into the fragment form.
• Results are never stored anywhere; they are recalculated from the settings each time.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page performance. It does not use cookies or other storage on your device and does not build profiles or follow you across websites. It records the page path without the query string or fragment, so your settings are not collected, together with the referring site, browser, operating system, device type, approximate country and timing measurements. We do not send it your settings, your results or the links you click. Data is processed by Cloudflare on our behalf.

We do not use advertising trackers, social-media pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking.

Cookies and device storage

This site sets no cookies and does not use local storage, session storage or other device storage. The planners use the browser's normal navigation history for the current tab so that Back and Forward move between steps; that information stays in your browser.

Links to vendor websites

Results and pages link to vendors' websites and official pricing sources. When you follow such a link, the vendor receives your visit under its own privacy policy and terms. Our site tells the vendor only which site you came from (our domain, not the page address or your settings), and no settings are added to the link.

No affiliate links are active at the moment. If they are enabled, following one may let the vendor or its affiliate network set cookies on its own website to attribute a purchase to us; affiliate links will be marked where they appear, and this notice will be updated. See the affiliate disclosure.

If you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, name (if included) and message. We use them only to reply and to handle what you asked about, for example correcting a price. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose and to keep a record of corrections, and we do not add you to any mailing list. The email provider that hosts our mailbox processes the messages on our behalf.

Your rights

Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you (in practice, only email correspondence), object to its processing, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us using the address above.

Changes

We will update this notice when what the site processes changes, for example when analytics or affiliate links are enabled, and change the date at the top.
